Some documents are my own creation but the majority of them have been created by individuals who have wanted to give back to the game that has given so much to them. Office of the Regent
Judges Companion - The Judge's Companion for Cultural Competitions is meant to aid the Regent and judges in the task of judging cultural competitions (namely Crown Qualifications and Dragon Master).

Online Forums
Moderator's Handbook - A guide to help those who moderate online forums and lists. This one is written specifically for the Rising Winds Yahoogroup but you may change and use it as you see fit.
